SPRING IS HERE!!! This is probably most everyone’s favorite season in Las Vegas (except for the crazy winds in April). I hope you all survived April fools’ jokes and are ready to have a warm, beautiful and sunny month in the city that never stops. It seems that this year we will be back to the seasonality of Real Estate and our Spring is going to be busy. Buyers are out there ready to move before the summer and sellers are happy to see less days on the market for their homes. Historically speaking with regards to Las Vegas Real Estate, it has always been a busy time, and my feeling is that this year it’s going to be the same. We are all ready for the uncertainty to subside. As you can see, there is no AT HOME WITH AVI video this month, as we are working on the next round of topics and videos.
