Happy 2023 everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday season and start to the New Year. I sure have appreciated some of the down time to work on the upcoming year and plan exciting things for the group. 2022 was an interesting year, which started with a very strong Real Estate market and slowed down just as the summer rolling in. Overall, it was still one of the strongest years of my career and I am eternally grateful for everything and everyone who were a part of it. I won’t bore you with details, but I will mention a few of the most recent price reductions to our existing listings that we just did below. The market continues to stabilize, and it seems that buyers are resuming their searches as sales are up from the previous month. I am excited to plan the next round of AT HOME WITH AVI videos which we will be working on this month and speaking of that, I would love some feedback from you about the series. If there are any topics that you think would be helpful and beneficial to put out there, please share those with me. I wish you all a great January and I am looking forward to seeing what 2023 has in store for all of us.
