Meet Enzo, the youngest of 4; in March 2020, Enzo was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), a blood cancer affecting white blood cells. Since his diagnosis, Enzo has stayed strong and kept fighting. In July 2022, Enzo dressed up as his favorite action figure Buzz Lightyear and celebrated his No More Chemo party with his friends and family and his future coworkers, Metro Police Department.

Pine Dining is a Summer Chef Cookout Series taking place over eight weekends at the site of the historic Mt. Charleston Lodge. Acclaimed Las Vegas chefs are invited to curate “cookout” weekends for the ultimate mountain dining experience with all proceeds going to the nonprofit of their choice. As preparations are underway to rebuild and reimagine the beloved Lodge, the Ellis family wants to thank the Las Vegas community for their support and invite them back to enjoy the best of the city’s food and drink amidst the pines.
