COMMUNITY Avi is passionate about community service and has been involved with Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada for more than a decade. He now serves as a member of the organization’s board of directors. He also mentors new real estate sales executives and works with community organizations to educate youth on the benefits of fitness and nutrition. FAMILY Avi was first mentored in business by his father, who owned his own insurance agency in Israel. “He instilled work ethic, drive and understanding that my only limits are self-imposed,” said Avi. When he started his career, Avi quickly found that, like his father, he was a driven to be a business owner rather than an employee. Though he left Israel and moved to the U.S. at 18 to pursue his education and professional career, Avi still speaks fluent Hebrew and has many long-term clients from Israel. EDUCATION Avi holds a business degree in hotel management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He started his professional career in the Las Vegas hospitality industry and became a Las Vegas real estate professional in 2006.
