One of the most successful real estate sales executives in Southern Nevada, Avi Dan-Goor is fiercely protective of both his clients and his reputation. Whether representing a buyer or seller in a $400,000 or $4 million transaction, Avi makes sure every deal is the absolute best possible for his clients.
Avi has worked in Las Vegas real estate for more than 10 years and is an expert in the market. He takes the time to truly understand each seller’s goals before developing their customized marketing plans to ensure the absolute best possible outcome. And by partnering with America’s fourth most trusted brand, Berkshire Hathaway, he provides sellers with extensive local and global marketing opportunities for their properties.
With his buyer and investor clients, Avi’s extensive market knowledge and research helps clients determine the perfect property to purchase. In this competitive seller’s real estate environment, Avi’s strategic planning and skilled negotiation tactics provide clients with maximum opportunities for success.
Avi’s passion for providing personalized service has helped him become one of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties’ top five selling sales executives for the past five years. His boutique firm provides clients with direct access to Avi at all times and administrative support throughout their real estate process.
A businessman by nature, Avi’s team is skilled in all facets of real estate transactions to ensure his clients’ deals are completed quickly and without complications. No matter the size of the transaction, his clients know they have the city’s best negotiator on their side!
Real Estate Concierge
Avi works in all areas of Southern Nevada real estate, with recent transactions in Summerlin, Green Valley, the Las Vegas Historic District and Strip High Rise Condos to name a few. “My level of service is unsurpassed in Las Vegas real estate,” he said. “I am always available, fully
committed and have a high attention to detail. Most of my clients become lifelong friends and we have found time and time again that my true work begins after the closing.”
Avi’s concierge business model stems from his previous career in the hospitality industry. Clients need only bring their business and, just like a concierge service at a five-star resort, he and his team will handle everything. “It all goes back to service and attention to detail,” he said.
“We become our clients’ friends, counselors, and business advisors. And that is the way it should be.”
Avi is passionate about community service and is a member of the board of directors for Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada. In 2017, he served as chair of the organization’s largest annual fundraiser, the Evening of Hope. He also mentors new real estate sales executives and works with community organizations to educate youth on the benefits of fitness and nutrition.
Avi was first mentored in business by his father, who owned his own insurance agency in Israel. “He instilled work ethic, drive, and understanding that my only limits are self-imposed,” said Avi.
When he started his career, Avi quickly found that, like his father, he was a better business owner than an employee. “I am driven and passionate about my career and know that the sky is the limit for my success.”
Among Avi’s many skills are his passion for real estate, love of family and kinship to his homeland. Though he moved to the United States at 18 to pursue his education and professional career, Avi still speaks fluent Hebrew and in fact has many long-term clients from Israel.
Avi holds a business degree in hotel management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He started his professional career in the Las Vegas hospitality industry and became a Las Vegas real estate professional in 2006.
